Brand awareness gets thrown around like a line item.
“Let's run brand ads.” “Let's do a brand push.” “Let's increase awareness.” None of that means anything on its own.
Brand awareness is less about blasting ads and more about showing up enough times, in enough places, that buying from you feels familiar instead of risky.
Think about how people actually shop. They don't wake up with a plan. They see you somewhere. Then somewhere else. Then again. Then one day, they buy.
